All ticket purchases for the Amphitheatre include a parking pass for a specific assigned parking lot. The parking pass can be found in your Ticketmaster / Live Nation account, it takes a few minutes after you purchase your tickets for your parking pass to appear in your account.
If you do not have a parking pass, please contact the box office at 404.733.5013 or stop by the box office on show day (temporary parking is available in front of the box office). You may also go to Parking Lot C and pay when you arrive! Please note, we do not accept cash.
All parking spaces within the lots are first come, first served!

You do not need an ID to enter the show, but either a valid and current Driver License or State ID card will be required to drink alcohol. If your tickets are at will call, you will need an ID to pick them up.
If they’re over 2 years old, then yes. Also, please make sure your kids have ear protection.
You can’t get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account.
If the doors are open, so is will call. Make sure to bring a photo ID. If you have a meet and greet check-in time, you can also pick them up then. Even if you’re on the artist’s guestlist, you’ll need to wait until door time.
You’ll have to talk to wherever you bought the tickets from to change ownership. If you’re a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP, touch base with your original contact and they’ll talk to us about any changes.
Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.
Yes, but only in designated areas. We ask that you consider the people around you when smoking, and don’t smoke in the seating areas.
Our shows are all ages, so everyone is welcome!
Yes, as long as it’s a personal point-and-shoot camera, or on your cell phone. You can’t bring a professional camera or a camera with detachable lenses without a valid media pass.
The lawn is always first come, first serve. You might see a row or seat number on your lawn ticket – this is just for tracking purposes.
As long as your lawn chair is no higher than 9 inches off the ground, you can bring it in.
You bet. Lawn chairs are available for rent for $12.00 per chair.
If you’re still at the event, please head to the Guest Services Booth located at the East Gate. After an event, call 404-733-5010 and press 0.
We aren’t responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We hold onto lost items for 2 weeks.
Yes, tailgating is allowed in lots A, C, Premier, and the Beaver Toyota Lounge VIP lot. Tailgating is not allowed in Lot B.
No charcoal grills or open flames
Must contain your tailgating experience to your own parking spot and must not impede traffic flow.
You cannot purchase multiple parking passes to set up tailgating areas.
Please clean your area, and take your trash with you.
We will ask you to stop anything that is in violation or is deemed dangerous by our parking staff
Yes, your bag will be searched when you enter. You have the right to refuse a bag search, and we have the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that aren’t allowed in the venue, put them back in your vehicle.
To make entry as quick as possible, we only allow CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags (no bigger than 12” x 6” x 12”), and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). The small clutch bags don’t need to be clear. We don’t allow any other type of bag.
Beverages: one non-alcoholic beverage in a factory-sealed bottle no bigger than one (1) liter. You may bring one empty plastic or metal water/spots bottle, per patron
Blanket: small, no larger than 4’x8’
Camera: non-professional only (no detachable lenses)
Fans: small, personal-sized, battery-operated fans are allowed
Food for dietary health issues in a clear, one-gallon (1) plastic bag will be allowed
Infant car seat or Child-Carrier backpack if you have lawn tickets
Lawn Chairs: low profile only (seat no more than 9 inches off the ground)
Medical devices (including breast pumps and breast pump bags)
Poster tubes: must be empty and made of cardboard
Prescription medication: must be in the original prescription container with matching ID
Service animals (only registered working animals are permitted)

No, we don’t allow camping or overnight sleeping of any kind.
No, our venue is cashless. All points of sale will only accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apple Pay or Google Pay). For fans that only have cash, a cash-to-card-conversion service with no fees will be available on-site!
