Parking lots are pre-assigned.

LOCATING YOUR PARKING PASS

When you purchase a ticket from Ticketmaster or Live Nation, one parking pass for a specific, assigned parking lot is included with your order.  The parking pass can be found as a separate “event” in your Ticketmaster or Live Nation account.
Verified Resale Ticket Purchases:  When you purchase a Verified Resale Ticket from Ticketmaster or Live Nation, one parking pass for a specific, assigned parking lot is included with your order.  However, you will need to call the Box Office for it to be added to your account.  Please call 404-733-5013 for assistance.
Resale Tickets:  If you did not purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster or Live Nation, and that resale company did not provide a parking pass with your order, then you will need to purchase a parking pass if you intend to drive to the show.  Please stop by the box office (temporary parking is available in front of the box office) to purchase a parking pass.  Or, on the day of the show, you may go to Parking Lot C which is a pay-when-you-arrive lot.  They do not accept cash.  There are no alternative lots available, and parking is not allowed on any properties surrounding the venue.

Follow the steps below to locate your assigned parking lot: 
1. Log in to your Live Nation or Ticketmaster account
2. Go to 'My Tickets'
3. Select the Premium Parking ticket for your event
4. Your assigned parking lot will be listed on the ticket

 

DIRECTIONS TO PARKING LOTS

On show days, Ameris Bank Amphitheatre will have Alpharetta PD, traffic coordinators and directional signage active before, during and after the event.  Because of the city’s limited directional signage for our venue’s parking lots, please enter the specific address of your pre-assigned parking lot into your GPS. You may also access driving directions by calling 404-733-5010 and pressing 3 for Driving Directions.

Because parking lot signage is limited around Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, please enter the following addresses into your GPS prior to arrival for quick entry. For suggested arrival routes, please call 404-733-5010 and press 3. 

• Parking Lot A: 1775 Founders Parkway; Alpharetta, GA  30009

• Parking Lot B: 1100 Sanctuary Parkway; Alpharetta, GA  30009

• Parking Lot C: 11450 Maxwell Road; Alpharetta, GA  30009
  (Pay-When-You-Arrive. Does not accept CASH.)

• Premier Parking Lot: 2200 Encore Parkway; Alpharetta, GA  30009

• Rideshare & Personal Drop-Off and Pick-up: 2200 Encore Parkway; Alpharetta, GA 30009

• VIP Parking Lot: 2300 Encore Parkway; Alpharetta, GA  30009 (for season passholders only)

Lots A and B will require the included parking pass issued with your original LiveNation.com ticket purchase. Lot B will only be open when advertised.

Parking spots are first come, first serve. Patrons may notice a row or seat number on their parking pass, but that is only for tracking purposes. There are no assigned spots in Lot A, B, C or Premier.

 

VENUE ENTRANCES

Those using rideshare or parking in Lot C or Premier will enter at the East Gate. Those parking in Lot A, B, or the VIP lot will enter at the West Gate. 

 

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Accessible parking is located inside lots A, C, and VIP. 

Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking so that they can direct you. Vehicles with accessible placards or license plates will be offered accessible parking on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Please be advised that accessible parking is limited. Should the accessible parking areas be full, parking staff will try to park you in a close parking area. 

Upon request, parking staff will arrange for a golf cart to pick you up and take you to the venue entrance. If a golf cart is needed upon departing the venue, please ask a Guest Services staff member at the gate where to stand for a ride back to your vehicle. 

Patrons needing accessible parking should arrive at the parking lots as soon as possible after the parking lots open. 

 

PARKING LOT RULES

All parking spots are first-come, first-served. (Row and seat numbers are for inventory purposes only.)

Parking spots are based on arrival. (No saving spots.)

Any vehicle exceeding 20’ will require an Oversized Parking pass (available here).

Concert parking usually opens 2-3 hours prior to the show start-time. (Refer to your email for exact times.)

Arrive early to avoid congestion and allow 30 minutes-1 hour for exiting.

 

TAILGATING

Tailgating is generally permitted in Lots A, C, Premier, and VIP. There is no tailgating in business parks adjacent to Lot A (1735 and 1750 Founders Parkway). 

Tailgating is allowed in front of or behind your vehicle depending on which row you are parked in. Please keep your tailgating materials in the designated area and be mindful of your neighbors. Please clean your area, and take your trash with you. 

Some tailgate rules include, but are not limited to:

• No glass
• No charcoal grills or open flames
• Must contain your tailgating experience to your own parking spot and must not impede traffic flow
• You cannot purchase multiple parking passes to set up tailgating areas
• We will ask you to stop anything that is in violation or is deemed dangerous by our parking staff
