The Need-to-Know Before You Go

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots generally open one hour before gates, but refer to our socials and your pre-show email for exact times. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking. Oversized parking for vehicles over 20 feet long is also available.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREA
Head to our main entrance at 2200 Encore Parkway. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. For pickup, you can find your ride by exiting the venue’s East Gate (closest to Section 101), then turn to the right, and walk to Encore Parkway to locate your driver

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

LAWN CHAIR RENTALS
If you would like a lawn chair for the show, you may rent one from us! Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue. You can purchase a lawn chair rental online in advance via Ticketmaster or on show day at a lawn chair stand. We recommend reserving your chair in advance as availability is limited on the day of the show. To reserve your lawn chair, click on "Upgrades Available" and select "Lawn Chair Rental" or click here.

BOX OFFICE
Our box office is open on Fridays from 10AM - 4PM. 

DRINKING WATER
Stay hydrated! Bring an empty refillable water bottle or one factory-sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter in size) per patron. (Hydration Packs are not permitted.)

Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations — located just inside both the East and West Gates. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.

Water fountains are located near the East and West Plaza restrooms. 

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our booths in the East and West plazas.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? Our designated driver program has you covered with free fountain sodas! Visit the Guest Services booth at East or West Gate for more info.

RECYCLING
We keep it eco-friendly with tons of recycling bins and refillable water stations that make it easy to enjoy a zero-waste beverage experience.

TAILGATING
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Tailgating is available in Lots A, C, Premier and VIP.
